Hey there — I’m Engrid!

I’m a mama of two wild and wonderful kiddos, a wife of four beautiful years, and a proud Army veteran with 12 years of service as a Military Police Officer. Life has taken me through deserts, deployments, and diaper changes, and I wouldn’t trade a moment of it.

These days, you’ll find me soaking in the beauty of holistic living. I’m a doula, deeply passionate about supporting mothers through one of the most sacred seasons of life. Having experienced two empowering home births of my own, I carry a heart for honoring the raw, unfiltered strength of motherhood.

I’m also a photographer with a love for capturing life in its most honest, cinematic form — messy hair, belly laughs, teary-eyed first meetings, and everything in between. Life isn’t staged, and neither is my art.

When I’m not behind the camera or holding space for a mama, you’ll probably find me on a hiking trail, eating my way through a farmers market, or enjoying a crunchy, holistic life with my little tribe. I proudly wear the “crunchy mom” title, because I believe in honoring our bodies, our choices, and the beauty of doing things our own way.
